The Monsoon Reward Card.
When using your Monsoon Reward Card to collect points, we will have a record and details of items you have purchased.
When acting as a data processor, India LTD. processes personal data on behalf of one or more data controllers. In such cases it is the data controller’s obligation to provide data subjects with the said information. - Social Media. If you choose to connect one or more of your social media accounts with our site (if this option is available) to enable the sharing of personal data via social media platforms, certain categories of personal data relating to you from your social media account(s) will be shared with us.
- The Monsoon Reward Card. If you are not a Monsoon Reward cardholder, you will automatically qualify to receive the card with your first Monsoon purchase. With every 1 (one) euro spent on Monsoon products (ladies’ and children’s wear) you will collect one point, with a free voucher of €60.00 (sixty euro) issued in your name once you have collected 500 (five hundred) points. You will also be entitled to receive other promotions, invites and freebies from time to time. With purchases where your Monsoon card number is quoted, we will retain a record of our purchase history. If you would not like to retain the Monsoon card, please return it to India Ltd., Flat 5 St. Anne Court, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1643, and send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you would not like to be a Monsoon Reward Cardholder.

8. Data retention
HOW LONG WILL YOU USE MY PERSONAL DATA FOR?
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary (taking into consideration the purpose for which it was originally obtained). The criteria we use to determine what is ‘necessary’ depends on the particular personal data in question and the specific relationship we have with you (including its duration).
Our normal practice is to determine whether there is/are any specific EU and/or Maltese law(s) (for example tax or corporate laws) permitting or even obliging us to keep certain personal data for a certain period of time (in which case we will keep the personal data for the maximum period indicated by any such law).
