Return Policy

Cancellation prior to delivery

You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by clicking on the ‘cancel’ link next to the product ordered on the Site.

You may cancel the order by sending a notice of cancellation by email to online@monsoon.com.mt ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number.

If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and we will refund your payment.

You will be liable for any applicable bank charges when cancelling your order.

Returns

You may also return  your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of the good/s. We will offer you a full refund for the good(s) purchased.

You may return all or part of your order by sending an email to online@monsoon.com.mt, ensuring that you quote your name, address, order reference number and method of return. You may either return the goods;

By arranging re-collection of the order for a fee which will be deducted from your refund

or

For Accessorize return the goods directly to one of our stores as listed below;

Goods should with all original tags and packaging together with the original invoice.

You have a duty of care to ensure that items are not damaged whilst in your possession. All items must be returned to us in shop condition, including original labelling and packaging as well as the original invoice received with the package. You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods. We would also ask that they be returned with their original packaging or similar to avoid damage on their return journey. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

The right to cancellation or return shall not apply to pierced earrings and face masks for reasons of hygiene.

The return of swimwear will only be accepted on the condition that the hygienic strip liner is still attached to the garment.
