Measure around the natural waistline at the narrowest point. Ensure the tape measure remains level.
Measure around the fullest part of the hip/bottom.
Remove shoes and stand straight against the wall. Measure from the floor to level with the top of the head - use a ruler to ensure you are measuring straight.
Measure from tip of big toe to heel.
